Through our Techos-to-Go™ programme, we have developed a new qSupport Network which allows us to deliver software fixes and maintenance directly via your Internet Connection.

The qSupport network is currently available to existing clients only - if you are interested in learning more about our qSupport Network then please Contact Us.

Hardware, or more complicated software repairs may require a call out and your PC or Laptop to be taken off site for safe, secure, repair in our provided workshop.

Call out rates for our Technicians is $29 per Call Out + 1 hour Minimum.

Hourly Rate: $89.00
